On October 30, Magtymguly Turkmen State University organized a hackathon competition called "Digital Software for Assessing Student Ratings" among students of the country's higher education institutions. This was reported on the university's official website .

In accordance with the terms of the competition, the participating students competed in software, namely WWW architecture, basic web standards and technologies, client and server Web technologies, document structure and tags in HTML, parameters, basics of working with CSS, and using jQuery for dynamic web applications.

The participants also demonstrated their skills in using Ajax technology, the syntax of the JavaScript programming language, databases, the client-side software and the server-side software, namely the HTTP protocol, server-side requirements, the DOM object model, and developing modules.
