Today, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Government via digital system. As reported in the "Watan" news program, the meeting summed up the results of the work carried out in the country in the first 10 months of this year.

At the government session, the Speaker of the Parliament of Turkmenistan, D. Gulmanova, first reported on the results of the work carried out in January-October of this year. She also reported on the results of the visit of the national parliamentary delegation to the Russian Federation under her leadership.

The Head of State noted the importance of constantly improving the country's legislation and stressed the need to effectively continue the work of the Parliament in this area.

Then the Vice Premiers reported on the work carried out in the structures under their supervision for the first 10 months of this year, including the macroeconomic indicators of the national economy, achievements, progress achieved, measures taken to further develop sectors, their results, the fulfillment of the instructions given by the President, foreign policy, and international relations.

After reviewing the reports, the Head of State gave specific instructions and instructions to the relevant officials regarding the work being carried out in various sectors of the country, the measures to be taken, and the tasks for developing the sectors.

Addressing the members of the Cabinet of Ministers at the end of the government session, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov said that the results of the work carried out in the first 10 months of this year demonstrate the successful development of the country.

The Head of State noted with satisfaction that the growth rate of gross domestic product during the reporting period was 6.3 percent.

Several other important issues related to state policy were considered in the parliament and appropriate decisions were made on them.
