The investment program of the country for 2024, which envisages the implementation of several important projects in Turkmenistan, has been prepared.

As the Vice Premier of the Cabinet of Ministers noted, the project of "Investment Program of Turkmenistan for 2024" was developed and prepared in cooperation with relevant ministries, departmental management institutions, governorates of provinces, Ashgabat and Arkadag cities on the instructions of the Honorable President. Within its borders, a number of important and large-scale projects, including the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India gas pipeline of international and regional importance, the new International Airport in Balkan Velayat, the power plant with a capacity of 1,574 megawatts, working in integrated circulation, the Ashgabat - Turkmenabat high-speed train It is planned to implement the projects of the construction of the highway and the bridge crossing the Garabogaz Lake Bay. Also, the construction of the second phase of Arkadag, one of the largest projects in the Central Asian region, will continue.

In order to improve the living conditions of the country's population, investments are made in social facilities, including residential buildings, health care facilities, secondary schools and kindergartens related to the educational system, highways, water, gas, electricity pipelines, communication systems, water purification facilities. will focus on construction. In this regard, the Vice-Premier presented the project of "Investment Program of Turkmenistan for 2024" to the consideration of the Turkmen leader.

Commenting on the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that the project of the investment program of the country for 2024 includes integrated measures aimed at developing industrial sectors, establishing new enterprises, improving food supply, and ensuring the social security of our population. The Turkmen leader said that it is necessary to achieve the successful implementation of the measures envisaged in the investment program and instructed the vice-premier to look at his project again.
