A training course entitled "Cooperation for Solidarity and Harmonious Coexistence between Turkmenistan and the United Arab Emirates" was held at Magtymguly Turkmen State University by Ahmed Alhai Al Hameli, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to Turkmenistan.

The university's official website reported that the lecture was held in honor of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality, the Year of International Peace and Confidence, and the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the United Arab Emirates .

The course was attended by professors, students of Magtymguly Turkmen State University, and representatives of the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Turkmenistan.

The ambassador noted during the lesson that for many years the two countries have been engaged in extensive cooperation in the socio-economic, cultural, scientific and educational spheres, and that the visits of the heads of the two friendly states have been fruitful and are being further developed strategically.

The Ambassador also emphasized the historical significance of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality, emphasizing that the initiatives being put forward play a significant role in developing peace, trust, and friendly relations in the region and the world.

During the meeting, a question-and-answer exchange was held regarding future areas of cooperation between Permanent Neutral Turkmenistan and the United Arab Emirates, including work to be carried out in the fields of education and science.
