MFA of Turkmenistan: TURKSOY launched events as part of the celebration of the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly
A banner installation ceremony was held in Ankara dedicated to the celebration of the 300th anniversary of the birth of Magtymguly Fragi and the election of the city of Anau as the cultural capital of the Turkic world in 2024, the press service of the Turkmen Foreign Ministry reports.
The ceremony was organized at the General Secretariat of TURKSOY. It was attended by Secretary General of TURKSOY Sultan Raev, Vice-President of the Republic of Turkey Cevdet Yilmaz, as well as representatives of diplomatic missions and public organizations.
This action once again emphasizes the international recognition of the role of Turkmenistan in the development of cultural and humanitarian cooperation, as noted in the press release of the Turkmen Foreign Ministry.
