The President of Turkmenistan congratulated the country's grain growers on their labor victory
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated grain growers on the successful harvest of more than 1 million 400 thousand tons of grain.
"Everyone involved in grain growing, in particular leading daikhan associations and farms, private producers of agricultural products and agricultural workers, made a worthy contribution to achieving this brilliant labor victory - to collecting the generous grain harvest grown in the country. We will continue to create all opportunities so that tireless grain growers, successfully continuing the age-old traditions of farming, could receive generous harvests from their native land and thereby increase well-being through conscientious work," the congratulations read.
Today, the state provides the necessary conditions for farmers to work productively, grow high yields, achieve high labor performance and thus live in prosperity and well-being.
Large-scale measures are also being taken for a significant transformation, accelerated development of the agro-industrial complex, and increased abundance. Large-scale work is being carried out to obtain a high yield of agricultural crops through a radical transformation of the specialized industry, regular purchase of high-performance agricultural machinery from developed countries, supplying farmers and landowners with mineral fertilizers that increase soil fertility, as well as the widespread introduction of the latest scientific achievements.
"Agriculture is an ancient noble cause, and grain is the wealth of our people. That is why I am convinced that you will fully, down to the last grain, collect the entire harvest grown through inspired labor and diligence, and from today on you will firmly lay the foundation for a generous harvest in the new year," the President concluded, wishing the grain growers good health, family well-being and great success in their noble work for the benefit of the further prosperity of their native Fatherland, the successful continuation of the glorious agricultural achievements and traditions of their ancestors, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
