Serdar Berdimuhamedov was awarded the honorary title of "Honored Architect of Turkmenistan"
The Mejlis of Turkmenistan awarded President Serdar Berdimuhamedov the honorary title of "Türkmenistanyň at gazanan arhitektory" ("Honored Architect of Turkmenistan"), the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
As stated in the decree, the title was awarded for special achievements in the fields of healthcare and architecture, as well as for ensuring that healthcare institutions being built in the country meet high architectural standards and reflect national character.
The decision was made based on proposals from people's representatives, large public associations, labor collectives, and citizens on the occasion of Healthcare and Medical Industry Workers' Day in accordance with Article 81 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan.
The document notes the extensive work being done to implement the state program "Saglyk" and develop the healthcare system. Modern medical facilities featuring distinctive architectural designs and innovative technologies have been built and commissioned in the capital, the city of Arkadag, and the surrounding regions.
Construction continues on the International Pediatrics Center, the International Scientific and Clinical Oncology Center, and the Dental Center in Ashgabat, as well as on a complex of new buildings for the Archman Sanatorium. Construction has begun on a multidisciplinary hospital in Ashgabat, an inter-etrap multidisciplinary hospital in Tejen, Ahal Velayat, and a Maternal and Child Health Center in Dashoguz.
Speaking at the meeting, Serdar Berdimuhamedov stated that he viewed the award of the honorary title as a sign of great respect. The President emphasized that this award obligates him to continue working diligently for the country's prosperity and expressed gratitude to the people for their high appreciation of his work.
