Under the leadership of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the development of educational institutions aimed at nurturing patriotic, physically and mentally healthy young people with wide-ranging, modern technologies is underway. Curricula and school program are being developed based on the world's best practices.
A meeting was held on June 14, 2022 in Ashgabat with the participation of the President to introduce amendments and additions to the Law on Youth in Turkmenistan. The meeting was attended by the rectors of the university, students, youth as well as representatives of non-governmental organizations. During the meeting, Our Esteemed President made a number of proposals to amend and amend the Youth Law in Turkmenistan. Proposals of student youth to amend and amend the Law on Youth in Turkmenistan were also heard.
Based on the above, a meeting was held at the Marine Secondary Professional School with the participation of members of the People's Council, student youth and teachers. During the meeting, the student youth unanimously supported the proposals of Our Esteemed President.

The teachers and students of DOHOM of the "Turkmendenizderyayollary" agency took part in the opening ceremony of the new complex of cottages opened for use by the President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
In the presence of the President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the opening ceremony of the new modern "Rovach" cottage complex was held on the shore of the Caspian Sea. This complex complemented the recreation-hospital structure of the Avaza national tourist zone.
The admissions committee will accept applicants from July 11th to August 14th, 2022 at the Marine Secondary Professional School of the city of Turkmenbashi ’’Turkmendenizderyayollary’’ Agency. The opening hours of the reception group are 9:00-17:00 (13:00-14:00 break).
