Modernized Neutrality Building opened in Ashgabat

This morning, the modernized Neutrality Building was ceremonially opened in southern Ashgabat in honor of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality.

During the opening ceremony, the Speaker of the Parliament of Turkmenistan, Lyakhgozel Gulmanova, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Rashid Meredov, and the UN Under-Secretary-General, Director-General of the UN Office in Geneva, Tatyana Valova, delivered speeches.

The UN emblem is located in the center of the building, surrounded by flags of countries around the world.
