Today, the National Leader of the Turkmen people reviewed the work plan for the second phase of construction of the city of Arkadag and the draft designs of the facilities planned for construction. This was reported on the "Watan" news program.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people first visited the Polatly monument, located at a roundabout on the road to Arkadag. Here, the Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan, D. Orazov, provided detailed information on the progress of the modernization of the Akhalteke Horse Trail as part of the work underway in the second phase of the construction of Arkadag.

Gahryman Arkadag emphasized that great importance should be attached to the quality and strength of the materials used in the construction of this road. In this regard, the construction of each layer of the road, the thickness of its beds should comply with modern requirements and developed world experience. This will ensure the smoothness of the road, comfort for drivers, and its durability.

Stating that the color coordination of the Polatly horse, installed in the center of the roundabout, and the images of the Akhal-Teke horses placed around it, should be approached based on advanced practices, the National Leader said that it should make a positive impression on visitors to Arkadag.

During his working visit to the city of Arkadag, the National Leader of the Turkmen people got acquainted with the projects of a mosque, a cultural and recreational park, an administrative building of a medical cluster, and several other structures related to road and transport infrastructure being built there, and noted the need to steadily increase the pace of their construction and made comments on the presented projects. He gave valuable advice on the work being done in this area.
