A nationwide garden planting ceremony was held in Arkadag with the participation of the National Leader of the Turkmen people.
Today, as in all regions of Turkmenistan, the autumn season of the nationwide garden planting ceremony was launched in the city of Arkadag.
As reported in the "Watan" news program, the nationwide event, held with the participation of Gahryman Arkadag, continued with the inspiration of honest labor and songs filled with high spirit. The performance of a literary and musical composition with the participation of singers and the "Galkynysh" national equestrian troupe created a harmonious atmosphere with the beauty of the world-famous Akhal-Teke horses. The National Leader of the Turkmen people, speaking with the masters of art, gave them valuable advice on creating songs that reflect the national spirit of the people. He also presented the boys in national costumes, who performed in harmony with the national songs, with a neckerchief with the inscription "Turkmenistan" and the image of horses, as a sign of deep respect and honor.
Then, the National Leader of the Turkmen people planted a tree sapling within the boundaries of the new city, launching a nationwide tree planting ceremony. Participants in the nationwide tree planting ceremony were inspired by the initiative of Hero Arkady and began planting tree saplings.
During the nationwide garden planting ceremony, the National Leader of the Turkmen people spoke with O. Atabaeva, Executive Director for Rehabilitation and Vice President of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow Charitable Foundation for Supporting Children in Need of Care, and gave her advice on continuing to support children in need in Turkmenistan.
National tree planting ceremonies, which have become a noble tradition in Turkmenistan, contribute to the creation of new parks and forest areas, the creation of favorable climatic conditions for the enrichment of the flora of the Turkmen land. This, in turn, is an important condition for environmental security, the health and well-being of the Turkmen people.
